Is this really a one-time purchase?

Yes. The $49 USD launch price is one payment for Bakehop Local major version 1. There is no monthly subscription. A future major version may be a separate purchase; you do not have to buy it to keep using your purchased version with a valid licence.

Can I work without internet?

Yes, after activation and once the app shows it is ready for offline use. Recipe costing, products, customers, quotes and PDF downloads work on your device. You need internet for initial setup and occasional licence verification.

Where do my recipes and customer details go?

Your bakery records stay in the browser on your device. They are not uploaded to Bakehop. Each browser and device has its own separate records, even with the same licence. Download regular backups and keep them somewhere safe; clearing browser data or losing a device can erase your records.

Do I need to install anything?

Bakehop Local is a web app. Open it in a current browser, activate your licence and use it there. On supported browsers you can also install it to your device for an app-like shortcut. Install options vary by browser. A desktop browser gives you the most room for recipe and quote editing.

Can I use my own currency and measurements?

Yes. Choose one supported operating currency for your bakery and your preferred weight, volume and count units. Add your own purchase prices and ingredient conversions. Optional USD starter ingredients use estimated prices that you should review before quoting.

Does it send quotes or take customer payments?

You can prepare a quote, download it as a PDF and share it with your customer yourself. Mark it sent, accepted or declined as the conversation progresses. Bakehop Local does not send messages or collect payments from your customers.

What if Bakehop Local is not for me?

Email contact@bakehop.com within 14 days of your purchase and ask for a refund. You will receive a full refund, with no explanation required. Refunding the purchase revokes its licence. Your saved records remain available to read and export.
